The heart of One Frequency was remembered as our individual paths met in the converging grids of Mt. Shasta. Before that moment, each of us had been walking our own paths of study, remembrance, and service - listening, refining, and living what was being revealed through life itself. The Mountain called, and we listened.
From that soul-led re-union, something opened.
A coherence formed. A field revealed itself. From this, One Frequency came to Be.
We are in deep gratitude for the way she welcomes us home, moment by moment, calling us into deeper alignment, and strengthening the way we walk in devotion.
We walk as companions in this work, beside you, in relationship with the web of life. We tend the altar of One Frequency, holding spaces where remembrance can arise naturally, where the body softens into its own knowing, and where life is met in right relation.
What we share is lived and practiced, shaped through experience, through the humbling initiations of being human, and through deeper studies that have refined how we listen and how we guide.
We have each walked through trainings, certifications, and lineages of study. These “papers” have offered structure, and pathways of understanding. We hold deep gratitude for the teachers, mentors, and wisdom keepers who have opened doors, who have tended the fires before us, and who continue to walk with us in seen and unseen ways.
We are here in service to that, to the field that remembers, to the knowing that lives within you, and to the return to what has always been whole. We walk this path with integrity, with sacred responsibility, and in service to the web of life.

Tiffany walks a path of prayer, love, and remembrance—devoted to the sacred, the living spirit within all creation, and the awakening of the heart.
Born in Bacolod City, Philippines, on the ancestral homelands of the Hiligaynon people, with lineage roots extending to the Aetas—one of the oldest Indigenous peoples of the archipelago—her being is shaped by water, land, and ancestral memory.
She grew up in close kinship with the Pacific Ocean, where the rhythm of the tides mirrored the rhythm of her soul. The elements became her earliest teachers, and nature was her first ceremony. The ocean, the wind, and the trees taught her how to listen, how to feel, and how to return.
Her path has unfolded through many rites of passage—including initiations through death and rebirth, trauma healing, and the alchemy of shadow into light. These experiences have refined her devotion and deepened her capacity to hold others through moments of becoming—with grace, balance, and unwavering devotion.
She holds ceremonial space through Somatic Breathwork, Frequency Sound Journeys, Movement as Prayer, Womb Wisdom, and Soul-Led Energy Attunement—offered as portals to inner harmony, deep presence, and Divine communion.
Tiffany walks with the Rose Codes, reactivated during a pilgrimage to Montserrat, Spain—where an ancient whisper in the rose cave reawakened layers of feminine devotion and deep embodied grace.
Her devotion to the Mystery teachings lives in her breath, her body, and the remembrance of what lies beyond words, beyond time, and deep within the soul. She is guided by her council of ancestors and wisdom keepers, and continues to be shaped by motherhood—her most intimate rite of eternal love.

Kim spent almost a decade as a USAID Senior Business Development professional - managing, designing and winning over $1 billion of clean energy, natural resources management, economic growth, food security, and livelihood resilience projects. In 2021, she returned to the ancient path of plant medicine to merge her intersecting and deeply personal passion for elevating human consciousness via a new paradigm of creating symbiotic, regenerative and life-giving ecosystems. For 4 years, She served as Partner and Director of Trailblazers Presents, a premiere community and event series designed to bring executives, entrepreneurs, top innovators and thought leaders in the cannabis and psychedelics industry together in order to ensure the integrity of our return to the Medicine Path.
Born and raised in South Africa, her upbringing was deeply rooted in serving as a keeper of the Earth. The bush and the wild veld of Africa and all her creatures served as her first and most foundational teacher — holding the remembrance of our inalienable connection to the web of life; the importance of the pack, and the subtlety of communication with the unseen.
At 18 years old, She was initiated through a catalytic threshold when her fiance was killed in the Iraq war. this has served as a foundational layer for trauma-informed healing, and deep guidance and resolution for the caverns, descents and ascents of life initiations.
Kim is a deep ceremonialist, guiding processes back into the high heart, the new center of our torus field.
She humbly and honorably serves as a realm bridger with and for Medicines of the Earth, both for macro and micro relationship building. Plant and Fungi medicine are supreme allies and technologies; sacred openers of the inner gates, which require precision level reverence and humble surrender to their teachings.
As a keeper of sacred space and practitioner of the Healing Arts, Katrina walks in devotion with the divine mystery - the living intelligence that breaths life into existence.
Katrina’s path has been shaped through initiatory passages that have invited her into deeper levels of honor and respect for what it means to be in-bodied consciousness. From birth, her heritage became an early initiation into the art of bridging - learning to stand at the meeting place of worlds. Rites of passage continued through meeting profound personal thresholds, in which her conscious choice to remain earthside awakened a commitment to divine embodiment, expression, and service.
Rooted by the teachings of Shamanic wisdom both remembered and passed on, she walks between worlds as a frequency conduit tending to the subtle threads and restoring harmony within the greater field. Her essence supports the restoration of sovereignty through love, the revelation of beauty as the guiding light, and the empowered awakening in every heart. The medicine she offers emerges through this lens - stewarding consciousness and weaving energy through Sound, Frequency, Vibration and Touch. Her primary practice supports transformation and soul in-bodiment.

Maria / Memory / Mary is a Presence of Love and a Creator of Ceremonial Spaces which call forward the Purity of the Soul Self within. She would describe herself as a Human on the Spiral Journey of Mastery and a Person of Prayer. She is here to serve as a Conduit for the Re-membrance & Reclamation of ancient gnosis within us and the New Earth Paradigm we are creating together.
Throughout her journey of self-realization, she has come to study from Wisdom Keepers from many lineages across the earth, and through time & space - each lineage offering their uniquely powerful keys to re-membering one’s true nature. Through her exploration and experience, she has found that together all pure Wisdom creates a multifaceted web of information that paints the Truth of Interconnectedness. It is this unified landscape of all living beings, races, and creeds that she desires to serve from, so she may remind others of the way back Home to oneness.
One of her main prayers for her life is to create, inbody, and radiate cellular Liberation for all beings everywhere.
